About the role

Solita is seeking an experienced BI and analytics specialist to turn business questions into data-driven analyses, forecasts and decision-support. The role involves working with modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.), building solutions in SQL, Python or similar, and contributing to dashboards and reports that are actually used to create value. You will work in client assignments and understand customer needs deeply, translating business questions into data-driven insights. The team values curiosity, collaboration and a culture of knowledge sharing. Requirements include several years of experience with analytics/BI, ability to translate business processes into data solutions, and deep competence in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
