Personal assistance involves assisting at home or outside the home with tasks that the person cannot perform themselves due to illness or disability. Assistance may include support in hobbies or studies, household chores, or enabling leisure activities. Sometimes the assistant's most important task is to be a conversational partner and companion: to be that unhurried person for another. The role of a personal assistant in the client's everyday life is significant, as the aim is to support and enable living at home for as long as possible, and to provide the opportunity for an active and meaningful daily life while respecting the client's right to self-determination. This job is suitable for you if you seek variety and irregularity in your work, as the work is done according to the client's needs and wishes. You also have the opportunity to influence the timing of your shifts by agreeing with the client. You work independently and commit to agreed practices. An open attitude and your own personality will take you far! Thanks to the flexibility, our work is suitable as extra income for both students and retirees.
