About the role

The Prime Minister's Office has established 2 positions for Communications Specialists. The positions are available from October 1, 2026, or by agreement. These are general positions of the Prime Minister's Office, located within the Services and Channels Unit in the Events and AV Services Group. On July 1, 2026, a new Government Communications Department was established within the Prime Minister's Office. It is responsible for the communication tasks of the Government and its ministries, including the communication of foreign missions under the administration of foreign affairs, supports ministries in communication, and provides common communication services. The department consists of two units: the Government Communications Content Unit and the Government Communications Services and Channels Unit, with groups under them for various communication tasks. Approximately 130 communication professionals work in the Communications Department. The Events and AV Services Group is responsible for producing significant communication events for the Government and its ministries, as well as audiovisual communication services, streaming, video and photography, and the planning and implementation of image and video content for various communication channels, including the development of video concepts and production models. Communications Specialists are responsible for the technical implementation and development of communication events, international visits, and government negotiations and sessions. Tasks include, among other things, managing streaming, audio, and lighting technology, as well as producing video greetings. Communications Specialists ensure the technical smoothness of meetings, presentations, and other events in close cooperation with other operational units of the Communications Department and the ministries. They are responsible for the maintenance and development of fixed briefing rooms, train and guide support service personnel in the use of broadcasting and meeting technology, and participate in the planning, construction, maintenance, and development of AV technology, including renovation projects. Both positions emphasize versatile AV technology expertise, particularly the implementation of multi-camera streams. In one of the positions, audio engineering expertise is emphasized; in the other, the production and editing of video and photographic content, as well as the development of audiovisual communication for various channels.
