We are seeking a full-age Finnish-speaking Service Supervisor for cleaning duties in Riihimäki. Tasks include daily maintenance cleaning of gym's dressing and shower facilities, cafe and general areas according to weekly plan. After training period, tasks performed independently; team supervisor support available by phone. Shifts mainly Sat-Sun 05-09; flexible hours including possible evening shifts. Weekly hours 0-15h; additional hours in afternoon/evening sites (schools, daycare, offices). The role combines professionalism, comfort and cleanliness; duties include hand and machine cleaning, hygiene upkeep, waste disposal, reporting, equipment maintenance. The role contributes to client operations, safety and environment. We expect Finnish language proficiency, prior cleaning experience or training, being of legal age, customer-friendly attitude, flexibility, initiative and ability to handle pressure, especially morning shifts. A cleaning qualification is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided. Pay follows the building cleaning sector collective agreement: pay group 2 (12.59 €/h); during training pay group 1 (11.33 €/h). Good onboarding and internal training opportunities. Start ASAP.
