The role involves versatile production duties in silicone product manufacturing, starting mainly on the production line with training, and later may include mixing tasks. In line work you prepare production runs, fetch materials and tools according to work orders, set materials to the machines and monitor production and product quality, check dimensions and weights, and perform adjustments when needed. In mixing you prepare silicone masses for production lines according to recipes, including weighing components and handling materials. The role offers varied work, focused on practical production environment, with the opportunity to learn several stages of production. Work is currently daytime, with start between 6–7 am and some flexibility to adjust hours. There is potential for a long-term position, good onboarding, and support from experienced workers and mentors. The salary is according to the metal industry TES, starting at wage class 5. Initial employment is a temporary position through WorkPower, with a view to move to the client company payroll. When moved to FP Finnprofiles payroll, there may be participation in a production-based bonus system. All inquiries should go through WorkPower.
