Head Chef for Kylärafla Kanto Team Are you looking for a new challenge where you can lead your own kitchen and shape it to your style? Kylärafla Kanto is located in Karkkila, in the unique setting of the historic Högfors ironworks. We combine quality food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a passion for good craftsmanship. Pizzas are made in a wood-fired Manna Forni pizza oven, and steaks and other delicacies are prepared on a Josper charcoal grill, providing our kitchen with tools many chefs only dream of. We are now seeking a head chef who wants to take responsibility for daily kitchen operations, develop the menu, and lead the entire team forward. This is not about implementing a ready-made concept but an authentic opportunity to leave your mark on the restaurant's flavor profile. Your responsibilities: - Managing, developing, and executing daily kitchen operations with the team - Planning and executing à la carte menu and other offerings using seasonal ingredients - Leading and motivating the team towards excellent results - Placing orders and ensuring smooth kitchen operations Requirements: - Strong experience in kitchen management and supervisory work - Ability to work independently and organize kitchen activities efficiently - Innovative approach to menu planning and quick adaptation to changing situations - Flexibility: work involves shifts, including evenings and weekends - Team spirit: working with a positive attitude and open communication Experience with charcoal grills and wood-fired pizza ovens is considered an advantage.
