Eligibility Requirements The selected candidate must have the eligibility for the position of special education teacher in early childhood education according to the Act on Early Childhood Education and Care (540/2018). Additionally, we value: - experience in organizing support for children's growth, development, and learning - a consultative and guiding approach to work - the ability to work closely with staff, guardians, and various collaborating parties - good interaction and organizational skills Performing the duties requires good oral and written skills in Finnish and the presentation of an acceptable criminal record extract for working with children (504/2002).
