Sales Assistant

Joblink is seeking customer-service-oriented individuals to become cashiers in the retail sector in Western Uusimaa. We welcome applicants whether at the start of their career or more experienced, and the role involves flexible part-time work at various store locations with shifts chosen by you. You book shifts via the Joblink app; most shifts are scheduled on short notice within the same week, though some can be known weeks in advance. The work days vary by location, from stocking and cashier duties in smaller stores to single-focused roles in larger hypermarkets. Training is provided before first shifts. Requirements include a positive attitude and eagerness to learn; no prior retail experience is required, but experience in daily consumer goods is a plus. The job emphasizes customer interaction and leaving customers with a positive shopping experience.
