Interested in working at a fine-linen, farm-to-table village restaurant in the stunning Ruka Tunturi area? We may have a fit for you. Restaurant Rukan Kuksa offers locally produced game-based dishes, seasonal menus, and a cozy environment. The family-owned restaurant makes most dishes in-house from scratch, with a focus on northern ingredients for winter menus. Responsibilities include full-service à la carte dining in the evenings. You may work at either Rukan Kuksan or Rukan Salong, or both. Requirements include at least one year of experience in à la carte service, proficiency in a la carte service, and a genuine desire to create memorable moments for guests. The clientele in winter is international, so language skills and ability to work in an international environment are appreciated. We offer the chance to work in a beautiful game-focused restaurant, be part of a local family business and a great team, with options for various leisure activities around the area. The work starts in November and continues until Easter. Salary is competitive and, if needed, accommodation on-site at a reasonable price.
