Customer Service Specialist

The Opportunity: Avantor seeks an experienced and energetic customer service specialist to strengthen our Helsinki team. This role combines demanding customer service work with pragmatic problem solving and close collaboration with sales teams in an international organization. Flexible start between 07:30–09:00 and flexible finish between 15:30–18:00. The work model is hybrid, and our office is located in Helsinki. What we look for: - Experience: solid, several years of experience in B2B customer interfaces is essential. Experience in a laboratory field or similar environment is advantageous. - Language: excellent Finnish (daily language) and good English (international cooperation) are mandatory. - Strong SAP proficiency is required - Ability to effectively use CRM and related systems - Good MS Office skills - Willingness to work with new technologies and leverage AI tools in work.
