This role combines deep technical expertise in Azure AI components with strong machine learning fundamentals and modern engineering practices.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Architect and deploy AI services using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services, Azure Foundry, and Azure ML&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Build and fine‑tune models; implement MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and governance&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Integrate AI into enterprise workflows via APIs and event‑driven patterns&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Optimize prompts, retrieval, and orchestration for relevance and safety&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ensure compliance, security, and performance across the solution lifecycle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Proven experience with Azure AI and Azure ML; strong Python or C# skills&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Solid understanding of ML concepts (data prep, feature engineering, evaluation, drift monitoring)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Familiarity with RAG patterns, embeddings, and vector databases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nice to Have&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Power Platform/Dynamics 365 integration experience&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Consulting background with outcome‑focused delivery&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Relevant Microsoft certification (eg.
