Store Sales Associate

Welcome to DNA Store to build a sales career! DNA store sales team is looking for a new store sales assistant who wants to grow, learn and succeed in sales. The person can work in Riihimäki and Hyvinkää stores. We offer competitive salary: base pay + sales commissions, guaranteed base 13.76 €/h according to ICT sector collective agreement. You can impact your earnings with your sales approach; the average earnings for our salespeople have been around 2800 €/month. As a salesperson in-store you serve customers face-to-face and in chat; you are responsible for selling DNA products, merchandising and the store’s core duties, delivering smooth service and a memorable customer experience, and you will actively sell while considering individual customer needs. We seek enthusiastic and ambitious people who want to learn and succeed in sales. Motivation and the courage to take on new challenges are most important; prior sales experience is a plus but the right attitude is more important as our onboarding ensures you have all the skills needed. The position runs from May to August. The job requires being of legal age, good Finnish language skills, and credit check of the selected person. The application is easy without CV.
