Excavator Operator for the Kouvola region, permanent (Kouvola) Application period 29.07.2026 – 13.08.2026 We are now looking for an excavator operator for a permanent employment relationship for our long-standing, reputable client company. The company's successful operation is based on strong knowledge of the field with the contribution of professional and responsible workers. The excavator operator's tasks consist diversely of, for example, excavation work for plots, municipal engineering, drainage / rainwater systems and landscaping. Work is done with both wheeled and tracked excavators. The working area is mainly the Kouvola economic area. Success in the position requires the ability to work independently and carefully, producing high-quality work. You also master 3D machine control. The position starts as soon as a suitable person is found through us on a fixed-term rental employment relationship, after which the worker is intended to continue in the service of our client company on a permanent employment contract. Working time is 40 h/week, typically between 07:00-16:00. Working hours may vary according to the work phase, as is typical for the industry, and overtime is therefore likely. Overtime compensation is paid for overtime. Salary according to experience / professional skill. The infrastructure industry collective agreement is followed in the position.
