Job Description
We currently have exciting and challenging opportunities available for experienced Recruitment Team Leaders to be part of our RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of the clients. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the recruitment project deliverables. In addition, you will also be responsible for building and extending relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, by effectively driving delivery to agreed timescales, sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates. A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved. Key Responsibilities include communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions, continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, building a knowledge base of client’s business, managing project end to end, ensuring quality assurance, anticipating and minimizing risks, building trust with client stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing and participating in project reviews, ensuring systems are updated, developing value-added reporting, and ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely. Professional experience required includes extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization, experience in non-technology hiring, excellent communication skills, proven leadership, ability to interpret data, develop sourcing methodologies, deal with ambiguity, and stakeholder management.
