Start date as agreed. **Job Description** You will work in a rural landscape at a Finnish Horse farm providing equine services, within a pleasant 7-person work community. The farm has active operations year-round. This is a versatile role including horse care, ensuring well-being and stable environment maintenance, conducting riding lessons, trail rides, horse-drawn sleigh rides, horse programs, equine services or supporting tasks, training and riding horses, as well as other horse business tasks according to your skills. Customer service skills, authenticity, and the ability to interact with diverse clients are required. The farm is visited by both domestic and international clients, so you must be able to serve customers in English. The entrepreneur family also owns a company providing accommodation services, where there are opportunities for work. We have approximately 20 horses, a cozy stall stable, and outdoor paddocks with free hay and opportunities for species-specific behavior. Work comfort is provided by a well-designed work environment, machinery, a warm stable with auxiliary spaces, an arena, meeting and storage facilities, and amenities for people. Work processes and routines, including the environment, are designed to ease the daily life of the horse farm while supporting the well-being of both staff and horses. Ruska Laukka is a family business founded in 2006, specializing in Finnish Horses and animal-assisted services, located at Ronivaara farm, 10 km from Kuusamo center. Multidisciplinary staff and safe animals provide equine services and experiences in Kuusamo. We offer versatile trail rides, riding lessons of various levels in the arena and field, well-being supporting equine services, sleigh ride programs, and farm visit programs. At Ronivaara farm, well-being and horse-assisted rehabilitation services are a natural part of the farm's daily life. We are a pioneer in responsibility. We have been awarded the SRL quality stable classification and the Hippos "Hyvä Talli" (Good Stable) Silver level classification for the equine side, as well as Business Finland's Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label as a pioneer company, demonstrating the provision of responsible travel services.
