Customer Service Representative

Rainmaker is seeking motivated team players for sales-oriented customer service for Kaleva Media in Oulu. The role involves solving customer problems and creating unique customer experiences in the media industry using phone, chat, and email, with the opportunity to add a sales twist to the work. New employees receive a comprehensive paid one-month training period. The position is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with flexible working hours on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00, and the possibility of partial remote work after the training period. You will work independently but with the support of a professional team and supervisors. Kaleva Media is a multi-media company providing local content and advertising solutions through brands like Kaleva, Lapin Kansa, and Radio Kaleva.
