We are now looking for three HSE Specialists for the substation unit within the Infra & Industrial Projects business area. Your primary location will preferably be Turku, Vantaa, or Kuopio, but we operate nationwide with a hybrid model, so our other sites are also an option. Your daily work includes: - Participating in the organization, inspection, and monitoring of project HSE operations - Preparing HSE materials for projects in cooperation with the HSE Manager - Participating in site safety rounds - Monthly monitoring and reporting of HSE targets - Risk assessments and accident prevention. Are you a maker of a functional life? You will certainly enjoy working at Caverion if you have: - Previous experience in similar roles from power transmission or substation construction projects - Relevant education (e.g., technical field, environmental science) - Willingness to travel - Knowledge of occupational safety legislation - Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001, and 45001) - Proficiency in Finnish. Additionally, you communicate fluently in English, as English is the working language in projects - A customer-oriented approach and good communication skills. Experience in HSEQ roles in international projects will be considered an advantage.
