About the role

The Role As a QA Lead, you have a passion for video games and an eagerness to take on the next big challenge. You will support our teams in delivering quality gaming experiences to our players. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that our games meet and exceed high-quality standards. You will work closely with our design, development, and production teams, focusing on maintaining the high quality of our games. Key responsibilities: * Lead one or more game projects from the Quality Assurance perspective, shaping the test strategy and working with external partners on planning and scheduling throughout different phases of the project. * Create, execute, and maintain test cases for seamless game functionality. * Bug identification, creation, review, and verification. * Work with analytics tools and data. * Provide valuable input in product design reviews on functionality, schedules, and potential issues. * Share feedback and recommendations for software usability, accessibility, and functionality. * Collaborate closely with production and support teams, as well as other QA teams within the studio, to enhance game quality and share knowledge. * Foster effective communication and test execution with external partners. Preferred skills and experience: * Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role. * Experience working with multiple titles/products. * Experience working with external developers and external QA providers. * Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and tools. * Understanding of test strategy and test schedule concepts. * Attention to detail. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, time management and communication skills. * Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing a wide range of tasks. * Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) and related technologies. * Experience with Unity and/or automated testing tools is a plus.
