In Pukinmäki, Helsinki, a new 74-place 24-hour service home for the elderly, Attendo Kuisma, will open in October. Would you like to be the unit manager's partner in creating new practices and starting a new large care home? You assist the Attendo home manager in tasks related to the organization, guidance, and supervision of daily work, and above all, you have an important role in developing operations together with the staff. As a supervisor, you must have the courage to address shortcomings, the ability to make quick decisions, and face challenging situations. The Team Lead's job description is broad but versatile. What will you be doing? - Act as an assistant to the Attendo home manager - Substitute for the Attendo home manager during their absences - In starting the new house and opening group homes, you will build new practices and develop high-quality nursing care together with the manager, team, and the entire work community - Organize daily life, plan work divisions, and help with substitute recruitment - Be responsible for organizing and monitoring the orientation of new employees and act as a contact person in student cooperation with educational institutions - Organize and assist in the creation and updating of RAI assessments and service implementation plans - As a Team Lead, you are responsible for weekly team meetings and participate in care meetings as needed - Together with the manager and the whole team, you perform meaningful and important cooperation with the residents' relatives Work is full-time, permanent day work on weekdays and is divided 50% into practical nursing care and 50% into administrative work. Employment starts 1.9.2026. What do we require from you? - University degree in the social and health care field (Nurse AMK) - Excellent Finnish language skills - At least 2 years of work experience in the field of nursing care; experience in supervisory roles is considered an advantage - Vaccination protection as meant by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Medication permits or readiness to complete them immediately at the start of employment - Criminal record extract - Sote professional card (certificate card) What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away but present in everyday life – supporting and walking beside you. The salary for the position, depending on work experience, is €2,850.98–€3,110.42/month. In addition, a team lead supplement of €500/month is paid, as well as a local item according to the Ysos Tes, which is €85.77/month for a full-time employee.
