Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit parts according to manufacturing drawings and prepare assemblies for welding
- Emphasize drawing interpretation, measurement accuracy, and careful workmanship
- Work with black steel predominantly, also handle stainless, acid-resistant steel, and aluminum
- Use MIG/MAG welding for fixturing
- Main focus is on assembly and fixturing, not welding itself
Requirements
- Experience as sheet metal welder
- Strong reading of drawings
- Experience with precise assembly and fixturing
- MIG/MAG welding skills
- Ability to work independently from drawings
- Finnish language
- Valid safety and hot-work certificates
- Desirable TIG welding with aluminum
