Personal Assistant

I am looking for at least one personal assistant in Kaleva, Tampere. I am a 39-year-old woman with a visual impairment. I need help both at home and outside the home. Duties include, for example, running errands such as grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning the home, reading mail, and filling out paper forms, as well as assistance with hobbies and leisure activities. Current regular hobbies include showdown (blind table tennis) and shooting. I also enjoy going to the cinema and cafes, playing board games, doing crafts, and baking. Occasionally, I go swimming. Due to the swimming hobby, I am looking for a female assistant. However, the assistant is not required to enter the pool; assistance with dressing and moving in the washing facilities is sufficient. I have cats in my home, so this job is not suitable for someone allergic to cats. It is a plus if you have or have had cats or have experience with them, as I need help with vet visits and potential medication situations. Previous work experience is not required. The work does not involve heavy lifting or nursing tasks. I require the assistant to have good Finnish language skills, as I only speak Finnish. I request that applications be submitted in Finnish. I currently have 160 hours per month granted, but the number of hours can be negotiated if you are, for example, a student or have another job. I currently have one assistant working fewer hours. Workdays are usually 6–8 hours long, but occasionally there are longer days as showdown requires domestic travel. These days will be agreed upon in advance. Work is needed during the day, evenings, and weekends as needed. For example, showdown training is always in the evenings, and competition trips are always on weekends. Competition trips sometimes require overnight stays, so I hope you can accompany me on these trips. A driver's license or car is not required, as transportation is handled via public transport or taxi. Working hours are generally between 10:00 and 20:00, though there are exceptions on travel days. I belong to the Heta union. Salary from the beginning of July is €13.23 per hour plus evening and weekend bonuses. Work starts in July or later by agreement. I am happy to answer further questions.
