Kitchen Shift Leader

During its three years of operation, Alfred has grown into one of Oulu's most well-known restaurants. Now we are looking for a new team member to leave their mark on our future chapters. You will succeed in this role if you have: - At least two years of experience in kitchen supervisory roles - A passion for high-quality food and à la carte kitchens - A desire to grow and develop the operations around you - The courage to make decisions and take responsibility - The ability to lead your shift calmly and decisively - A genuine desire to succeed together with the team. What does the job entail? - You are responsible for the kitchen operations during your shift together with other supervisors. - You ensure quality, smooth service, and daily management. - You participate in planning new dishes and menus together with the kitchen team. - You develop operations and boldly present your own ideas.
