Childcare Worker

As a childcare worker, you have the main responsibility for welcoming the gym members' children so that they feel safe and welcome. The childcare should offer a varied and creative range of activities. The children's safety must always be the highest priority. We are a value-driven company, which means our values permeate everything we do and help us create an atmosphere where everyone feels equally welcome and motivated. We put our members first and are responsible, extraordinary, and professional. We are looking for someone who can work part-time, approximately 20% (36 hours/month), varying times. Start date immediately. KEYS TO SUCCESS: - Create a pleasant atmosphere at MiniSATS through safety, order & security - Contribute to the children having an active and fun stay in childcare - Stay updated on activities, news, campaigns, and offers at the center and share the information with the club's members - Playful and creative - Secure and welcoming - Good social and communicative skills, as well as good knowledge of spoken and written English YOUR AREAS TO SHINE: - Deliver exceptional levels in all areas according to our values and the club's handbook - Natural talent with children and solution-oriented IS THIS YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Do you have good knowledge of Swedish (and possibly another language) as well as English, and do you have strong communication skills?
