We are recruiting for Säkylän Aaltek Oy and MirTer Oy (Köyliö) for permanent employment: ELECTRICAL SWITCHBOARD ASSEMBLERS At least one new electrical switchboard assembler will be hired for each company. A common feature of these positions is the possibility to move between sites depending on the current workload. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, WHO - Are precise and careful in your way of working - Possess problem-solving skills as well as good interaction and cooperation skills - Can read electrical drawings and are proficient with tools Previous work experience in electrical installation or automation tasks is an advantage. However, the most important factors are the motivation to continuously learn new things, a good and disciplined work attitude, and a desire to produce high-quality work. SUCCESS IN THE ROLE REQUIRES - Education in the electrical field (e.g., vocational qualification in electricity or automation) - Experience in the assembly of electrical switchboards - Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams - At least 3 years of previous work experience in the electrical field - Good proficiency in Finnish WE OFFER YOU - An interesting installation role with varied tasks - The support and appreciation of a skilled work community - Competitive pay corresponding to your expertise Additional Information - The employment is full-time and permanent, and the selected persons will be employed directly by Säkylä Aaltek Oy and MirTer Oy. - Work begins in early August or as soon as the selected person is able to start. - The work is a single-shift operation. - The salary for the position is according to the Technology Industries (Teknologiateollisuus) collective agreement (TES).
