The Crew Coordinator role in Vantaa involves coordinating technical professionals' work resources, including staffing, shift planning, and ensuring the right skills are in the right place at the right time. You will be part of a three-person team, reporting directly to Anna-Maija Ojaselle. The role includes resource planning, active communication with freelancers and team members, participating in recruitment, administrative tasks, international collaboration, weekend on-call duties, training coordination, and other tasks. The position is permanent, with working hours mainly from 9:00 to 17:00 at the Vantaa office, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills, a hands-on attitude, positive outlook, and problem-solving skills. Requirements include several years of coordination experience, excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, good stress tolerance, organizational skills, teamwork, IT skills (Office365, project management systems), and a positive attitude.
