Our residents participate in Uunilintu's daily chores, taking individual needs into account. Practical nurse's work with us At Uunilintu, as a practical nurse, you create a safe, meaningful and valuable everyday life for our residents with your presence. Your daily tasks include: - assisting and guiding residents in daily activities - close cooperation with relatives and various stakeholders - high-quality recording - medication - making the residents' service plan and monitoring its implementation together with the residents - organizing a meaningful everyday life through various activities - you can use your own creativity with us! Employment details The position is a fixed-term substitution until 7.4.2027 and the working time is 80%. The work is 3-shift work. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is €2415.76-2612.33/month (salary class G20C).
