Registered Nurse

We are part of the Pappilanpuisto campus area and work in close cooperation with other services for the elderly in the region. In home care, we take care of each client's individual needs in their own home. As a registered nurse in Pappilanpuisto home care, you will act as a nursing expert and the leader of the nursing team. You will work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams, where your good interaction skills and flexibility will support your work. Your ability to manage broad entities and your enthusiasm for implementing client-oriented home care will be emphasized in your role. You will primarily work during office hours and can focus on nursing tasks. What do we expect from you? - You are a registered nurse licensed in Finland. - You speak and write Finnish fluently. - You have successfully completed the LOVe medication management online tests. - We especially value good cooperation and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to implement and utilize RAI assessment in evaluating the client's functional capacity and service needs. An independent working style and flexibility are important factors for success in the position. - You have good IT skills and the ability to quickly internalize new things; experience and expertise in Omni 360 and Hilkka systems are considered an advantage. - We also expect previous experience in home care for the elderly. A valid B-class driver's license is considered an advantage. Start date in the permanent position is according to agreement. The working time is full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week, and shifts are primarily on weekday mornings. The probationary period is six months. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the employment begins.
