About the role

We are currently resourcing on behalf of a client seeking a Freelance Bauleiter, we are currently to join the project located in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The client is looking for someone to be based onsite in Baden-Württemberg working with a manufacturing company for an ongoing cleanroom construction project, you would be working for the client on a 12-month contract. START: ASAP DURATION: 12 months LOCATION: Baden-Württemberg, Germany HOURS: Min 35 60 per week Freelance - Bauleiter Requirements: You have 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Construction manager/Bauleiter , Site Manager. Experience working on similar and larger sized projects in the pharma/datacentre/semiconductors and Production. Supervision/management of heavy lifting/crane work on the site. Efficient site scheduling required. Experience working on the client-side, beneficial, not essential Knowledge on local site-based safety processes and regulations Language - German Speaking Required
