Our most urgent need at the moment is for specialists in turning and gear cutting. Previous experience in these tasks facilitates getting started, but is not an absolute requirement. Machine programs are mostly ready, but programming skills are considered a significant advantage. Tasowheel produces a diverse range of both longer (volume products) and shorter series. Work is performed in Hervola, Tampere, in a discontinuous 3-shift system with sliding working hours after an orientation period. Work begins as a leased employment relationship, but with good performance, there is an opportunity to later transfer to Tasowheel's own payroll.
