HVAC Supervisor

Property services are responsible for the property maintenance and upkeep of properties owned by the City of Lappeenranta. Our sites include schools, day-care centres, hospitals, health centres and sports halls. We are seeking an HVAC supervisor for a permanent employment relationship to be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in the properties we maintain and for directing repair work. As HVAC supervisor, you will act as the property maintenance supervisor and be responsible for the reliability, development, energy efficiency and safety of the properties’ HVAC systems. Your duties include handling HVAC fault reports and work orders, ordering and supervising maintenance and repair work, coordinating building-services maintenance, planning preventive and scheduled maintenance, and monitoring energy use. The role requires previous experience in supervisory work and HVAC maintenance, as well as sufficient building automation expertise to support monitoring and optimisation of HVAC system operation and fault diagnosis. The role requires a category B driving licence and the ability to use your own car to travel between sites. Our working language is Finnish.
