Traffic Controllers for Pyhäjoki! - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are looking for energetic traffic controllers for our client in the Pyhäjoki area. The work involves diverse traffic management tasks in an infrastructure project. Your duties include directing traffic at construction sites, implementing and maintaining temporary traffic arrangements, installing and relocating traffic signs, barriers, and signals. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely guiding pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicle traffic, monitoring site safety, collaborating with site personnel and management, and reporting observations related to traffic arrangements. We require you to have a safety training card, Tieturva 1 certification, a careful and responsible work attitude, good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A B driver’s license and the possibility to use your own car are considered an advantage. Previous experience is not necessary; a motivated and work-oriented attitude is sufficient. You must be of legal age and proficient in Finnish. We offer an orientation and support from the work community on-site. You will also receive support from a SOL contact person throughout your employment. The work begins according to agreement in July, with employment available until the end of the year, and possibly into the fall. The position can be full-time or part-time.
