Taitokaari Oy is looking for a **Legal & Real Estate Analyst** for a versatile specialist position in Helsinki. This is not a traditional junior lawyer role, but a rare opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of legal analysis, real estate business, financial calculations, and development projects. The position is fixed-term until December 31, 2027. **What will you do?** You will work closely with the company's management as well as external lawyers and other experts. The role combines practical law, analytics, and business development. Your duties include, among other things: - participating in the preparation of legal processes and analyzing materials - structuring extensive document and evidence materials - analyzing contracts, official decisions, and other legal materials - preparing financial calculations and Excel analyses - damage, interest, cash flow, and profitability calculations - business assessment of real estate and development projects - participating in zoning, construction, and real estate development projects - preparing memos, reports, and analyses to support management's decision-making. In this position, you will see how significant business and legal decisions are prepared in practice. **Who is this position suitable for?** You could be, for example: - a Master of Laws or a law student in the final stages of your studies - a Master of Science (Technology), economist, business administrator, or holder of another applicable higher education degree with a strong interest in law and real estate business. Previous experience in the real estate sector or law is an advantage, but not essential.
