Practical Nurse

We are looking for a practical nurse for home care in Hyvinkää. Hyvinkää home care is divided into four teams consisting of nurses and practical nurses. The work is versatile and responsible client-oriented and rehabilitative nursing care at the client's home, including basic care and medical tasks. The goal of the work is the client's good everyday life and survival at home. The practical nurse is responsible, together with the team, for the overall nursing process of the clients. The work includes client-oriented planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Work is done in a 2-shift system, every day of the week. Eligibility for the position: - Eligibility requirement is a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier vocational qualification of the field at the school level. - In the absence of eligible applicants, we will consider students in the field who have completed the required studies. We require and hope from the applicant: - Performing the work requires valid medication permits, fluent oral and written Finnish language skills, as well as a driver's license and the possibility of using one's own car. - We hope for professional expertise and the ability to respond to holistic care needs, as well as the ability for independent work and decision-making, organizational skills for one's own work, and good cooperation skills. Additional information on the employment relationship and clarifications to be presented for the position: - Permanent employment relationship starting according to agreement. - The position-specific salary is 2935.15 €/month. In addition, we pay a bonus based on work experience. - In immediate patient and client work, vaccination protection required by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a respiratory tuberculosis clarification according to Section 55 are required. - The selected person must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act before starting work, as the job involves working with the elderly. - A probationary period applies to the position. - Original study and work certificates are presented during a possible interview.
