What you'll do: Develop and maintain data security standards, policies, and information classification frameworks. Design, implement, and improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other platforms. Drive initiatives to identify and protect sensitive business data. Ensure data protection requirements are implemented across enterprise systems. Monitor emerging data security technologies and best practices. Advise and educate stakeholders on data security and information protection. Support compliance with privacy and security regulations, secure AI adoption, and the safe exchange of information with customers, suppliers, and partners. What you'll bring: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Data Management, Information Systems, Law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in information security, data protection, governance, or compliance. Experience with Microsoft security technologies is highly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection, Data Classification, DLP, Microsoft 365 Security, AI Governance, Data Lifecycle Management, Identity & Access Management, Insider Risk Management, and data governance principles.
