Earthmoving Worker

We are seeking an Earthmoving Worker to pair with an excavator operator in Helsinki. The work will be part of a professional construction team that values safety, cooperation and practical know-how. YOUR TASKS: Assist the excavator operator on site and ensure safe use of the machine and attachments; maintain markings of work area and transfer of materials between work phases; participate in daily inspections and maintenance of the machine and report any faults; work in close cooperation with other site personnel and follow site instructions and safety regulations. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Previous experience in construction or earthworks; a proactive, responsible and cooperative attitude; basic competence in machine operation and ability to learn quickly; good motivation to work and ability to work independently during busy times; wiring and sewer laying skills are seen as an advantage.
