Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision - Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with market needs and company objectives. - Define the technical direction of the product, focusing on API strategy, platform interoperability, scalable data solutions, and the integration of AI/ML technologies. User & Market Insights - Clearly articulate the product's value proposition and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings from competitors. - Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable improvements. Roadmap & Execution - Oversee the entire product lifecycle by managing the roadmap, planning releases, and driving development from initial concept to successful launch. - Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and the broader developer ecosystem to deliver high-value solutions to our customers. Performance & Analysis - Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights. Qualifications: - 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering major products that consistently achieve successful outcomes. - A technical education (e.g., Computer Science degree) or equivalent proven work experience is desirable, particularly at a construction general contractor. - A proactive problem-solver who leads and facilitates all squad PM processes autonomously and excels at leading effective brainstorming sessions. - You structure and lead strategic conversations, drive product strategy across multiple squads, and effectively influence the priorities of other groups. - You can expertly describe and empathize with different user types and are proficient in selecting the correct user science tools to generate actionable insights. You love experimentation and exploring user needs. You are the go-to expert for the product. - Capability to independently write and deliver high-impact presentations and thought leadership content to audiences at all levels, from engineers to executive leadership. - This role requires occasional travel and time zone management as part of a global team. It’s a plus if you have: - Deep understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, particularly construction planning workflows is a plus. - Strong knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, digital twin technology, and construction modeling principles is a plus.
