Ski Lift Operator

StaffPoint is seeking RINNETYÖNTEKIJÄ (ski lift attendants) for the winter season 2026-2027 at Ounasvaaran Hiihtokeskus, close to Rovaniemi. Employment begins early December and continues until the end of the ski season, estimated to 18 April 2027. The position is a fixed-term contract with 90 hours over 3 weeks, arranged between the employee and StaffPoint. The Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace. Requirements include a sunny customer-service attitude, resilience under pressure, reliability and flexibility, Finnish and English language skills (note: fluent Finnish is required for this position), an interest in slope sports and personal hobby involvement, experience in ski resort work, and EA1/EA2 or equivalent knowledge. Ounasvaara Ski Center is located near the city center and offers beginner to advanced slopes, rental, a ski school and a mountain restaurant. Applications are collected during the recruitment window.
