AI Developer

Reaktor is seeking an AI Developer to join our Helsinki-based team in a Hybrid, full-time role. The AI Developer will design and implement end-to-end LLM-enabled applications spanning backend architecture to user-facing components, integrating commercial and open-source LLMs, and building robust evaluation pipelines for model performance and safety. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting client tech and business teams, contributing to AI use cases, and shaping the software development process to leverage AI. Requirements include experience with AI software development technologies (LLMs, backend, frontend, ops) in production, cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP) with containerization, knowledge of vector databases, GDPR awareness, and fluent Finnish and English. Some projects may require Python or Node.js/TypeScript, and familiarity with LangChain, FastAPI, or LlamaIndex. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a holistic approach to solving human problems with AI.
