You will join the Security Engineering team within IT Security, responsible for Security Architecture, Application Security, and the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) across If. We work closely with Enterprise Architecture, development and platform teams, our AI Centre of Excellence, and a wide range of business areas. Our ambition is to bring security into technology, product, and solution decisions early, making it a natural part of the development process. At the same time, we are on an exciting journey to strengthen the role of Security Architecture as a strategic partner to Enterprise Architecture, technology teams, and the business. As a Security Architect, you will have the opportunity to help shape that development. AI security will be an important focus area in the role, but you will also work broadly across security architecture. You will act as a trusted advisor when new solutions are designed and implemented, helping to ensure that security is considered from the very beginning. You will collaborate with architects, developers, risk and privacy specialists, and other key stakeholders across the organization to translate security requirements and principles into practical solutions that create real business value.
