Requirements
- Technical education in HVAC or building engineering AMK or HVAC technician education
- 2–5 years of LVIleadership/project management experience
- Knowledge of heating, water, and sewer systems
- Experience with scheduling of contracts and subcontractor management
- Experience in leadership, customer relationship management, service business or contracting
- Autonomous, proactive work style
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- B-class driver's license
