We are seeking a permanent payroll clerk to join our payroll team from 1 October 2026 or by agreement. The payroll clerk duties include operational payroll calculation as well as authorities reporting, guidance and counseling related to employment and payroll matters, and acting as a backup power user for the Prima payroll software. Success in the role requires accuracy, planning and good system skills. You are service-minded, proactive, and able to work within schedules. You value people around you and have good interaction and communication skills. Eligible is a suitable university or vocational degree and experience in payroll and HR administration. Knowledge of municipal collective agreements, good IT skills and the ability to work independently are considered beneficial. We offer a responsible and diverse role with a skilled payroll team and potential for partial remote work when the situation allows. The salary is in accordance with level 1TOI62 B of the pay scale (2,845.75 EUR/month). Other compensation components follow KVTES. The selected candidate must present a valid medical certificate before taking up the position. A six-month probation period applies. Applications via Kuntarekry by Monday 31 August 2026 at 15:00.
