You have the overall responsibility for the daily operation in your center and ensure a lively, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for both members and employees. - Create results! You take ownership of your center - including results and development and with full financial responsibility. You work strategically to reach sales goals, increase revenues and manage expenses effectively. - Build an excellent team! You recruit, train, inspire and develop a dedicated team that consistently delivers world-class service and creates extraordinary experiences for our members. - Create a culture characterized by quality! With visible and involving leadership, you ensure that all details – from customer service to cleaning, security and maintenance of equipment – meet the highest standard. - Focus on well-being! As a leader, you take responsibility for the working environment in your center and ensure a safe, positive and motivating atmosphere for both employees and members. - Ensure a sparkling clean center! In collaboration with the team, you spend a part of your day cleaning, so it always meets SATS' high standards. No matter when members train, they will be met by an inviting and tidy center. Working hours and criteria Working hours: The position involves flexible working hours with shifts distributed over early mornings, late evenings as well as weekends and public holidays. This ensures managerial presence during the center's busiest periods and provides good opportunities for collaboration with the team across shifts. As part of the role, two reception shifts until 20:00 Monday to Thursday as well as one opening and one closing shift per month are included. Working time takes place in the center, where administrative tasks are solved in the reception as far as possible. In addition, it is expected that you can step in outside normal working hours in acute situations, e.g. illness. Language: It is a requirement that you speak and write fluent Danish. As Club Manager, you take full ownership of the entire center and drive both operation, economy, sales and measurable results. You have a strong commercial drive, are motivated by reaching targets and simultaneously ensure structure, quality and an inviting environment in everyday life. You are ready to take part in all sides of the center's operation - from routine tasks and cleaning to reception and daily staffing.
