Sales Representative

Rainmaker is seeking energetic shop-in-shop sales representatives for the Moi Mobiili team at the Prisma store in Liisanlehto, Vaasa. As a sales representative, you will work at a sales point within Prisma, introducing and selling Moi Mobiili subscriptions to customers. Your duties also include customer service at Prisma's renovated phone department, helping customers find the most suitable subscription and product solutions. The role involves active, customer-oriented sales work, identifying customer needs and offering the best possible solutions while maintaining a positive brand image for Moi Mobiili. Requirements include an energetic and enthusiastic attitude toward sales, a desire to achieve ambitious sales targets, and good communication skills. While sales experience is preferred, a willingness to develop into a sales professional and interest in the products are more important. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have good Finnish language skills, and be prepared for a credit check. Swedish language skills are considered a strong advantage. The role requires the ability to work independently and proactively as well as being a good team player. We offer a permanent position with a base salary plus sales commissions (guaranteed minimum according to the ICT collective agreement of 13.76 €/h). High performance can lead to earnings exceeding 3000 €/month. Comprehensive training and daily support are provided. Benefits include occupational healthcare and a positive team environment. Working hours range from 25 to 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 10:00-19:00 on weekdays, 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays, and 12:00-18:00 on Sundays.
