We support the functional capacity of clients living at home and enable home living according to individual needs. Home care services support the client in daily activities where the client cannot manage independently. As a charge nurse, you will work in close cooperation with the unit's team leader and workgroup, contributing to the high-quality, efficient, and economical operation of the team. You will act as the team's expert in nursing and care work, be familiar with the unit's operations, and be able to coordinate the team's nursing expertise. You are responsible for assessing the care situation of clients, cooperation, and maintaining information related to clients' nursing and health status monitoring. In your work, you will meet clients daily. You have a nursing degree, vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, and valid medication administration studies (you can also complete these with us if necessary). We value previous experience in similar tasks, familiarity with service systems, expertise in interim assessments and other statutory patient documentation, and the RAI assessment method. You will need a Sotekortti (social and health care card) daily in your work. You have a driver's license and the possibility to use your own car. We pay mileage allowances for the use of a private car according to state travel regulations. We offer you meaningful and varied work as well as an orientation.
