Electrical and/or Automation Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical and/or Automation Engineer to join our Porin office’s electrical and automation team. We are a growing organization that offers you the opportunity to work on interesting assignments and participate in varied product development and delivery projects. Your primary work location will be in Pori and the work will be performed in a hybrid model according to our needs, at the customer sites, in our office, and remotely. Our customers and tasks are mainly located in the Satakunta region. In this role you will work closely with customers, so you need fluent language and communication skills for successful execution. You have experience in electrical and automation design tasks and have worked at the interface of customers and projects. You are a team player and can manage broader entities. We expect: - A degree in electrical engineering (AMK or DI) - At least 3 years of experience in electrical design, for example from process industry - fluent written and spoken Finnish and English In addition, bring a proactive attitude, systematic independent working style, and good interpersonal and teamwork skills. We also value: - Proficiency with common design tools - Experience in automation - Willingness to learn new tools and develop processes. Desirable is willingness to travel, as tasks may require short visits to job sites or customer premises. We want to ensure your salary at Etteplan is fair and justified. Your pay will be based on your skills and contributions as per Etteplan’s operating practices. In this role, a typical monthly salary is 3000–4000€ depending on your experience.
