Tender Coordinator - AFRY Finland - Remote - Global

AFRY is strengthening its capacity for bid deliveries and is seeking a skilled tender coordinator. You will be part of our robust bid team, which currently consists of 8 employees. You will have an independent and central role responsible for bid work and coordination directed towards our sections and regional offices, partners, and subcontractors. You will proactively and in collaboration with the bid responsible/bid team participate in bid processes from start to finish—before, during, and after tenders. You will coordinate, prepare, and facilitate the bid team’s participants, assist in preparing materials such as presentations and project references, be responsible for formal documents and submission of complete quality-assured bids, and keep the bid processes updated in our CRM system. You will participate/lead weekly bid/resource meetings within the section and across AFRY sections for clarifications and progress during the bid processes. You are service-minded, good at collaboration, relationship builder, and trust builder. You are resilient, can handle high work pressure towards deadlines, sociable, capable of multitasking, and enjoy operational, administrative work, and customer contact. You like working systematically and solution-oriented. You are motivated by winning. Desired skills include a bachelor’s degree in economics, law, sales/marketing, HR or similar, knowledge of sales, decision, and bid processes, insight into public procurement regulations, good written communication skills in Norwegian and English, system competence in CRM Dynamics 365, CV Partner, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with bid portals like Mercell, TendSign, eu-supply, Achilles, PIMS, Contiki, Omega365. Personal qualities include being service-minded, proactive, structured, quality-conscious, reliable, excellent communication and collaboration skills, high capacity, responsible, and detail-oriented.
