Car Salesperson

We are looking for a sales-focused candidate to join Kamux Kotka as a Car Salesperson. This role offers a direct link between your results and pay, with a transparent incentive structure. You will work in a goal-oriented environment with a supportive team and a supervisor who coaches you to high performance. You don’t need prior car sales experience; what matters is genuine enthusiasm for sales, a customer-oriented mindset, and the willingness to learn. You will engage with customers in-store and via other channels, handle sales processes and documentation, and ensure vehicles are presented well for sale. The role emphasizes on meeting customer needs, offering the best possible solution, and experimenting with new ways to meet customers. Kamux provides modern tools and comprehensive onboarding.
