Nuori Kullervo Oy is a social enterprise owned by Tampereen seudun nuorisoasunnot ry. We provide various services for young adults in Tampere, including supported housing, aftercare services, and Nepsy coaching. Our facilities are located in Tammela. We are now seeking an energetic instructor capable of independent work for a permanent position, primarily to work at TIITU. The TIITU team consists of two instructors working in two shifts between 7:00 and 20:00 on weekdays. At TIITU, instructors can utilize their skills in both individual and small-group guidance. The role may also include working in other services provided by Nuori Kullervo Oy. The job description includes supporting youth and young adults in learning independent living, guiding them in benefit and financial matters, providing housing support, and performing network work with various authorities. You will be supported by our skilled work community. To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine desire to meet people in various life situations. We are looking for an energetic professional for our team with a suitable UAS degree (social, health, or education field); UAS students in the final stages of their studies will also be considered. We expect you to have the ability to act independently in guidance situations. Good knowledge of social services and KELA services will assist you in client guidance. Additional expertise, for example, in neuropsychiatric challenges, mental health, or substance abuse rehabilitation, is considered an advantage. Work begins on August 17, 2026, or as agreed.
