Breakfast Waitress/Waiter

Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, Lapland. We are building a place where northern nature, high-end hospitality, well-being, experiences and refined service meet in a unique way. A restaurant complex will open with Arcora in December 2026, including Restaurant 8, Bar & Bakery, and a champagne bar, led by renowned chef Arto Rastas. Arcora is a place where service is calm, present and refined. We are looking for a breakfast waitress/waiter who wants to help create the first memorable restaurant moment of the day. Your responsibilities include working as part of the breakfast hall team to ensure a calm, smooth and polished morning service. Keep the hall clean and pleasant throughout breakfast, greet guests warmly and unobtrusively, and handle beverage service. Serve the breakfast mains from the menu to tables at the right time and present dishes to guests when needed. Monitor the hall activity, anticipate guest needs and special requests, and ensure the breakfast experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Collaborate closely with the kitchen so that the rhythm of the hall and kitchen is seamless. We expect you to have experience in à la carte and/or breakfast service, a professional and calm customer service mindset, enthusiasm and a service-oriented attitude to exceed guest expectations, the ability to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication skills, and fluency in English, plus hygiene and serving pass.
