Property Maintenance Worker

Technical expert sought for properties in Töölö Töölö's properties, building technology, and urban environment need a skilled professional. We are now looking for a technical property maintenance worker for a permanent position. This role is suitable for someone who is not intimidated by technical challenges but tackles them with determination. When a fault occurs in a property or a system requires attention, you know where to start and how to move things forward. The work includes technical maintenance of properties, troubleshooting, coordinating maintenance and repair measures, and customer service. The role involves active movement between sites to ensure that properties function as they should.
